Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period.

Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (~16.67% discount). That's 12 months for the price of 10.
Yes. Quarterly billing gives you 20% off each invoice. You pay once every 3 months at a reduced rate — perfect if you want more flexibility than annual but better savings than monthly.
AI credits are included in every plan — Starter gets 5,000, Pro gets 10,000, and Pro+ gets 15,000 credits per month. If you use them all, AI features will pause until your next billing cycle. Upgrade your plan for more credits.
Vayva charges a flat 2% payment processing fee on all transactions. There are no tier-based commissions. Withdrawals to your payout account cost a flat ₦50 fee.
